My experience at Group 1 Van Centre Norwich could have been better because the salesman I dealt with lost interest once I had paid( pushed payment forward to reach a monthly target). Did not fulfill an agreed action which had I known I could have made an alternative arrangement. Also left the handover to another salesman. Campervan purchased still had water in the waterhole and grey water in the waste - that was not acceptable. So sad as the promises were not kept - just sales pushes really
Great service and choice of vehicles. Helpful but not pushy sales people. Overall very pleased with my ID BUZZ Cargo. I would say it has mostly surpassed all my expectations and is lovely. My only gripe is that modern ID range VW's now have optional with cost upgrades on things you would expect to be included that were not mentioned when you purchase the vehicle. For example: Auto main beam not standard £137.00 in the cloud to add on once purchased. Dynamic Road Signs £287.50 again add on in the cloud purchase after buying the vehicle. There are others so if you are reading this just be aware. These things are standard on other brands and feels like a bit of a rip off when the vehicle has the capability to do it but it's deliberately deactivated for extra cost on an already fairly pricey vehicle.
Group 1 Van Centre Norwich were great because Neil was a great chap to deal with, no cringey sales nonsense but very easy to get along with and very attentive. I called lunch time one day and all finance was sorted and I picked the van up the following morning.
A complete hassle free experience.

My experience at Group 1 Van Centre Norwich could have been better. I phoned numerous times during the purchase and my calls wouldn’t be returned. Took 10 days for deposit to be returned. Still haven’t got my V5. Wish I had dealt with Neil, seemed to be the only person to answer the phone and be at his desk!
